Baby shower POD positioning
Four distinct product categories:
- Shower favors: 20-50 units for guests. Bulk pricing.
- Mama-to-be apparel: single unit for mom. Premium gift.
- Pregnancy announcements: Instagram-shareable photo cards.
- Gender reveal items: pre-event party supplies.
Buyer typically the shower host (often mother-in-law or close friend), not the pregnant person.
