Can customers upload a CSV of 500 employee names?
Yes. Print It My Way CSV field accepts up to 1,000 rows default (10,000+ enterprise). Each row becomes a personalized line item.
Can I show wholesale prices only to logged-in B2B accounts?
Yes. Wholesale-tagged customers or Shopify Plus B2B company accounts see different pricing than retail customers.
How does approval workflow work?
Print It My Way generates a proof PDF and emails it to the customer. Production pauses until they approve or request changes.
Can one order ship to multiple addresses?
Native Shopify supports single-address orders. Multi-address ship-to needs a separate app (like Shipmate or Shopify Multi-Ship). Print It My Way passes personalization data through unchanged.
Does Print It My Way support minimum order quantity?
Yes. Wholesale-only products can require min 25+ units; retail customers see no minimum.
