Product → Variants → click variant → scroll to bottom → Delete. Confirmation required. Immediate.

Variants table → checkbox multiple → Actions → Delete. Or CSV re-import with 'Command' column = 'DELETE'.
Historical order impact
Deleted variants stay on historical orders (order line references variant ID). Order display shows the variant title even after deletion.
Inventory recovery
Deleting doesn't refund inventory. If you had 10 in stock, they disappear from records. Move to another variant first if you want to preserve.
