If you want to sell print on demand phone cases for Samsung, the short answer is this: Printful and Printify both cover the Galaxy S series well, Printify adds some A and M series models, and a phone-case specialist like Printeers covers the widest Samsung range, including the A series and the Z Flip. Gelato, which used to make Galaxy cases, phased them out at the end of 2025.
The longer answer matters because Samsung is not one phone. It is a flagship line, a budget line that outsells it in many markets, two foldables with odd shapes, and an FE model every autumn. Which of those your provider supports decides who you can sell to.
We checked the live catalogs in October 2026 and pulled the model lists straight from the providers. This guide covers who supports what, what each case costs you, how fast new Galaxy models show up, and how to set up model selection on Shopify without ending up with a product that has 200 variants nobody can scroll through.
Prices and model lists change often. Treat every number here as "at the time of writing" and check the provider before you publish a listing.
Key takeaways
- Printful covers the Galaxy S series only (S20 to S26 on its Tough case), with no A series or foldables.
- Printify adds some A, M and F series models, but coverage and quality depend on the print provider you pick.
- Gelato phased out Samsung cases at the end of 2025, and none of the providers we checked list a Z Fold case.
- Keep the phone model as a Shopify variant and put names and photos in line-item properties to avoid variant chaos.
The quick answer: Samsung support by provider
Here is what each provider listed for Samsung when we checked. "S series" means the base, Plus and Ultra models of each generation.
| Provider | Galaxy S series | Galaxy A / M series | Z Flip / Z Fold | Case styles for Samsung |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Printful | S20 to S26 (Tough); S20 to S25 (Snap, Clear) | None listed | None listed | Tough, Snap, Clear |
| Printify | S20 and up, S26 added on several styles | Some, e.g. A35 5G, A55 5G, M15 5G, M55 5G, F15 5G | Not confirmed | Snap, Slim, Tough, Impact-resistant, Clear, Magnetic, Flip, Biodegradable (varies by model) |
| Printeers | S21 5G to S26 FE, incl. S25 Edge | A15 to A57 | Z Flip6, Flip7, Flip7 FE, Flip8; no Z Fold listed | Tough, MagSafe tough, soft, hybrid, wallet and more |
| Gelato | Phased out end of 2025 | Phased out | Phased out | Now iPhone only |
Two things stand out. First, nobody we checked lists a Z Fold case. If your audience is foldable owners, you will be selling Z Flip only, or sourcing elsewhere. Second, the A series is where the gap is. Printful sells no A series cases at all, so a store built only on Printful can't serve someone with a Galaxy A55.
Printful: strong on the S series, nothing else
Printful's catalog has three Samsung products: Tough Case for Samsung, Snap Case for Samsung and Clear Case for Samsung. All three are Galaxy S only.
From Printful's public catalog API in October 2026:
- Tough Case for Samsung: S20, S20 Plus, S20 Ultra, S20 FE, then S21 through S26 in base, Plus and Ultra, plus S21 FE. Glossy or matte. 46 variants in total. Base price $17.75.
- Snap Case for Samsung: S10 family (currently out of stock) through S25, glossy or matte. Base price $16.95.
- Clear Case for Samsung: S20 through S25 in base, Plus and Ultra. UV printed. Base price $11.50.
The Tough and Snap cases are sublimation printed, which means the ink goes into the coating rather than sitting on top. If you want the background on that, our guide to sublimation printing for POD covers why it suits hard cases.
Printful's US shipping rate for a phone case was $5.19 for the first item and $1.00 for each extra at the time of writing, and Printful says fulfillment takes 2 to 5 business days. That predictability is the main reason merchants pay a little more here. It also gives you one production standard instead of several. Our post on the best print on demand for phone cases compares Printful's case quality against the other big names if you want that angle.
The weak spot is coverage. No A series, no FE for the newest generations, no foldables. And the S26 is only on the Tough case so far, even though the phone went on sale on March 11, 2026.
Printify: more models, more variation
Printify doesn't print anything itself. It routes your order to an independent print provider, and each provider has its own model list, price and production time. That is why the answer to "does Printify support my Samsung?" is always "which product, which provider?"
What we could verify in October 2026:
- Printify's phone case page lists eight case styles and says model availability "depends on the specific product."
- Printify's own guide to making phone cases lists Samsung options including the M15 5G, M55 5G, F15 5G, A35 5G, A55 5G and the S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra.
- Printify marks the S26 series as newly added on its clear impact-resistant, magnetic impact-resistant and protective tough cases.
- Its flip case lists S24 and S25 series support.
Starting prices on Printify's phone case page ranged from $8.81 for impact-resistant cases to $14.53 for flip wallet cases. Individual provider listings showed, for example, SPOKE Custom Products tough cases from $11.25 ($8.54 with Printify Premium) with US shipping from $4.39, and Casestry clear impact-resistant cases from $12.34 ($9.20 with Premium).
Premium costs from $24.99 a month billed yearly, or $39 monthly, and Printify says it takes up to 20% off products. It only pays off once you are selling enough volume for the discount to beat the fee.
The trade-off is consistency. Two providers can print the same artwork on the same "tough case" and send back noticeably different results. We cover the provider question in detail in our Printify review for phone cases, and the head-to-head with Printful in Printful vs Printify.
Printeers and other phone-case specialists
If Samsung coverage is your main concern, a specialist beats the generalists. Printeers is a Netherlands-based phone case producer with a free Shopify app, and its tough case page listed:
- Galaxy A15, A15 5G, A16, A16 5G, A17 4G and 5G, A25, A26, A35, A36, A37, A55, A56, A57
- Galaxy S21 5G, S22 to S26 in all sizes, S24 FE, S25 FE, S26 FE and S25 Edge
- Galaxy Z Flip6, Z Flip7, Z Flip7 FE and Z Flip8
- MagSafe-compatible tough cases for the S24, S25 and S26 families
Printeers says orders are produced and shipped within one day, and its Shopify listing says the app keeps "the list of variants up to date with the latest phone models." It ships from Europe, so test delivery times to the US before you rely on it for American customers.
Casestry, which also prints for Printify, advertised cases for the Galaxy S26 on its homepage and reported a rolling average of under one business day production from its New York facility.
How fast new Galaxy models get added
Samsung's calendar is predictable: the S series is announced in late winter and the FE follows in late summer. The S26, S26+ and S26 Ultra launched on March 11, 2026, and the S26 FE went on sale on September 4, 2026.
Here is where each provider stood with the S26 family in early October 2026:
| Provider | S26 / S26+ / S26 Ultra | S26 FE (on sale Sept 4, 2026) |
|---|---|---|
| Printful | Tough case only | Not listed |
| Printify | Added to clear, magnetic and tough styles | Not confirmed |
| Printeers | Listed, incl. MagSafe tough | Listed |
| Gelato | No Samsung cases | No Samsung cases |
So roughly seven months after launch, Printful's Snap and Clear Samsung cases still stopped at the S25, while a specialist already listed an FE model that had been out for about a month.
What this means for you:
- Don't promise a case for a new Galaxy on launch day unless your provider has confirmed it.
- Expect a lag of weeks to months for new models, and longer for less popular styles.
- Check the catalog again a few weeks after each Unpacked event and add new models then.
- Keep the two or three newest generations in stock. Dropping the S20 and S21 is usually safe; dropping the S24 is not.
Base cost and margin: a worked example
Let's price a Galaxy S25 Ultra tough case sold to a US customer, using the numbers we found.
| Cost line | Printful Tough | Printify (SPOKE Tough, no Premium) |
|---|---|---|
| Base price | $17.75 | $11.25 |
| Shipping to US customer | $5.19 | $4.39 |
| Your cost per order | $22.94 | $15.64 |
| Retail price (free shipping) | $34.99 | $34.99 |
| Payment fees (about 3% + $0.30) | $1.35 | $1.35 |
| Gross profit before ads | $10.70 | $18.00 |
That gap is why so many merchants start with Printify. But a single reprint or refund wipes out a lot of that $7.30 difference. If a cheaper provider sends one bad case in ten, the math changes fast.
Add a personalization fee and the numbers move again. A $5 charge for adding a name lifts gross profit to about $15.55 on Printful and $22.85 on Printify after the extra card fee, and customers who type their own name rarely haggle over it. Printful's own page suggests personalized cases typically retail at $25 to $35.
Model selection on Shopify without variant chaos
The phone model has to be a real Shopify variant. That is how your POD app knows which blank to print. Everything else, like a name or a photo, should not be.
Shopify now allows up to 2,048 variants per product, but still only three options. A Printful Samsung tough case alone uses 46 variants (23 models times two finishes). Add an iPhone range in the same product and you are past 100 before you have touched colors.
Split products by brand
The cleanest setup we see is one product per brand and case style: "Custom Samsung Tough Case" and "Custom iPhone Tough Case." Option 1 is the model, option 2 is the finish. That keeps each list short enough to scroll on a phone, and it matches how your provider's catalog is built.
If you really want one product with a brand step first, use dependent dropdowns so picking "Samsung" filters the model list. Our guide to Shopify dependent dropdowns walks through how that works. Make sure the final selection still lands on a real variant.
Trim the model list
You don't need every model your provider makes. Pull your order data after a month and remove models nobody buys. For most stores that means keeping the last three S generations, the two newest A models if your provider has them, and maybe the newest Z Flip.
Name models exactly as the provider does, and put them in a sensible order: newest first, Ultra above Plus above base. Shoppers look for "S25 Ultra," not "Galaxy S25U."
Keep personalization out of variants
A name, initials, a font choice or an uploaded photo should never become a variant. That is the variant explosion problem, and it is the fastest way to hit limits and confuse your POD sync. Store those choices as line-item properties instead, which show up on the order where your production partner can read them.
This is where a personalizer app fits. With PIMW Product Personalizer, the model stays a normal variant your POD app syncs, and the customer types their name and sees it on the case in a live preview before they buy. Text personalization works on every plan, photo upload starts on Pro at $13.99 a month, and a personalization fee can show as its own cart line.
Our phone case personalizer comparison covers the other apps merchants use for this, if you want to weigh them up.
Setup checklist before you launch
Run through this before the first Samsung listing goes live:
- Pick your provider by the models your buyers own, not by price alone. If you sell in markets where the A series is big, Printful by itself won't cover them.
- Order samples of your two best-selling models in each case style. Printful gives 20% off one sample order a month on its free plan; Printify charges regular prices for samples.
- Check the camera cutout and the side buttons on the S Ultra models first. Ultra camera bumps are where fit problems show up.
- Photograph the real sample. Mockups don't show how glossy or matte reads in daylight.
- Build one product per brand, with model and finish as the only variants.
- Add personalization as line-item properties with a character limit so long names don't run into the camera area.
- Write the compatible models into the product description, so search engines and shoppers can see "Galaxy S26 Ultra" in plain text.
- Set a calendar reminder for March and September to add new Galaxy models.

Which provider should you start with?
Go with Printful if you sell mainly in the US or Europe, your buyers carry recent Galaxy S phones, and you want one consistent production standard. You pay around $6 to $7 more per tough case for that.
Go with Printify if price matters most or you want A and M series coverage, and you are willing to order samples from two or three providers before you commit to one.
Look at a specialist like Printeers if Samsung is a big share of your sales, you want the A series and Z Flip, or you need new models listed quickly.
Many stores end up running two: Printful or Printify for iPhone and the S series, and a specialist for the models the big platforms skip. Shopify handles that fine as long as each product connects to one fulfillment app.
Frequently asked questions
Does Printful make Samsung phone cases?
Yes. At the time of writing Printful sells Tough, Snap and Clear cases for the Galaxy S series, from the S20 up to the S26 on the Tough case. It does not list any Galaxy A series or Z Flip and Z Fold cases.
Does Printify have Samsung Galaxy A series cases?
Some. Printify's own phone case guide lists models such as the A35 5G and A55 5G, plus M15 5G, M55 5G and F15 5G. Availability depends on the case style and print provider, so check each product before you publish it.
Can I sell Galaxy Z Flip or Z Fold cases with print on demand?
Z Flip cases are available from specialists such as Printeers, which listed the Z Flip6, Flip7, Flip7 FE and Flip8. None of the providers we checked listed a Z Fold case in October 2026.
Does Gelato still print Samsung phone cases?
No. Gelato announced in October 2025 that it would phase out Galaxy cases, clear and eco cases and older iPhone cases by the end of 2025, and focus on recent iPhone models.
How long does it take POD providers to add new Samsung models?
It varies from weeks to months. The Galaxy S26 went on sale on March 11, 2026, and by October Printful listed it only on its Tough case, while Printeers already listed the S26 FE that launched in September.
How much does a print on demand Samsung case cost?
At the time of writing, Printful's Samsung cases cost $11.50 to $17.75 before shipping, and Printify's phone cases started at $8.81, with Premium discounts on top. Personalized cases commonly retail for $25 to $35.
How do I add Samsung model selection to a Shopify product?
Make the phone model a real variant so your POD app knows which blank to print, and keep one product per brand and case style. Put names, fonts and photos in line-item properties with a personalizer app instead of turning them into variants.
