Connect Printful for automatic fulfillment

Before you connect

• Have a Printful account (free to create)
• Have Printful installed in your Shopify store
• Have Print It My Way installed and at least one personalizer template set up

Setup

1. Print It My Way dashboard → Integrations → Printful.
2. Click Connect. You'll be redirected to Printful for authorization.
3. Approve permissions.
4. Back on Print It My Way, choose which products should sync personalization to Printful.
5. Test with a sample order.

How print files flow

When a customer places a personalized order:

1. Print It My Way generates the print file (PNG with transparency, sRGB, 150-300 DPI per product spec)
2. Line-item property with the print file URL attaches to the Shopify order
3. Printful's Shopify integration reads the order + property
4. Printful production picks up the print file automatically
5. Product ships to your customer
