Cancel or pause your Print It My Way subscription

Downgrade to Free (keeps all your configs)

  1. Print It My Way dashboard → Pricing.
  2. Click Downgrade to Free.
  3. You'll see which features you'll lose (photo upload, conditional logic, extra assignments).
  4. Confirm. Downgrade is instant. All configurations preserved.
Nothing is deleted. Downgrading disables features above the Free tier but keeps every personalizer template, product assignment, and order history intact. Re-upgrade anytime.

Pause billing (short-term)

Shopify doesn't natively support subscription pausing. If you need to pause for a season (e.g., seasonal store closes for 3 months), the cleanest approach is: downgrade to Free during the pause, re-upgrade when reopening. No data loss.

Uninstall the app completely

  1. Shopify admin → Apps.
  2. Find Print It My Way → click Delete.
  3. Widgets disappear from product pages immediately.
  4. Historical orders keep their personalization data (stored on Shopify line items, not on the app).
