Variant structure
- Style: Snapback / Fitted / Dad hat / Trucker / Beanie
- Color: 5-12 values
- Size (if fitted): S / M / L / XL (only for fitted styles)
Fitted variants have Size option; one-size styles (snapback, dad hat, trucker) don't.
Embroidery — the standard hat personalization
Hats use embroidery because print doesn't adhere well to curved crown. Setup:
- Text field for name/logo text (up to 15 chars typical, front chest area)
- File upload for logo (vector SVG/AI/EPS for scaling)
- Thread color selection (Isacord palette)
- Embroidery placement (Front / Back / Side)
- Stitch count-based pricing (see Embroidered Products Setup)

Two personalization paths:
- Text (name, initials): Text field, 15 char max, font dropdown
- Logo upload: Vector file (SVG/AI/EPS) for scaling. Digitizing fee if uploaded as PNG/JPG.

Fitted hats need actual head measurement. Provide sizing guide:
