Variants list order derives from option value order. Reorder option values (S, M, L, XL) in the Options edit — variants reorder to match.
Drag-drop option values
Options section → click 'Edit' → drag values into desired order → Save. Variants immediately reflect.
Sort direction
Alphabetical or size-order — pick manually via drag-drop. Shopify doesn't auto-sort.
Impact on storefront
Product page variant selector uses this order. Default variant (first in list) is pre-selected. Reorder to control default.
