Why the app embed matters
The app embed is a global switch that enables Print It My Way on your storefront. If it's off, no widgets appear on product pages even if you've added personalizer templates and attached them to products.
Symptom: You've set up a personalizer but don't see any fields on the product page. → App embed is likely off. Fix it in 60 seconds below.
How to enable
- Shopify admin → Online Store → Themes → find your live theme → click Customize.
- In the theme editor sidebar, click App embeds (icon looks like a puzzle piece).
- Find Print It My Way in the list (may also appear as add on builder).
- Toggle it ON.
- Click Save at the top right.
Verify it worked
Open a product page on your storefront. If you've already attached a personalizer to that product, the fields should now render. If not, no visible change yet — but the app is ready for when you attach one.
