First-install issues — common fixes

Dashboard shows blank

  1. Hard-refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R)
  2. Open in an incognito / private window — rules out browser extension conflict
  3. Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
  4. Check your Shopify admin locale — some regional formats caused rendering bugs previously; try switching to en-US temporarily

Install completed but app not in Apps list

Shopify admin → Apps. If Print It My Way isn't there, the install permission request may have been declined. Re-install from the Shopify App Store.

Permission errors

Print It My Way requests permissions to read/write products, orders, themes, and customers (needed for personalization data). If your Shopify user role lacks admin permissions, ask your store owner to install instead.
