Setup
- Personalizer template → Add field → Date picker.
- Label ("Delivery date", "Event date", "Pickup time").
- Set Minimum lead time in days (customer can't book below this).
- Set Blackout dates (holidays, closed days, over-booked periods).
- Set Day-of-week restrictions (no Sunday delivery, weddings on weekends only).
Time-slot booking
Optional per-slot capacity — e.g., cap 3 wedding cake deliveries per morning slot. Slots fill up and become unavailable to future customers.

- Bakery — delivery date with 5-day production lead time
- Wedding stationery — order-by date, RSVP date, wedding date
